Hello everyone

I Just filed for I-130 about two weeks ago and still havent recieved the NOA1. Is there a way to check the status of my case online ? how do i retreive the case no in order to follow up online ? what is the usual time frame for 1st NOA to come ? I am so worried and missing my wife so much.I't so hard to live without somone you love so much. I love her a lot and pray for her more than i pray for myself. I carry her in my spirit and take her in my soul. Please help me before i loose my mind. I cant leave anymore without my wife. i really really miss that cute lil thing !! Life seems so hard without her and nothing seems to hold my attention at the moment. I want my wife in the states asap. Please help me guys :help::help::help::help:(L)(L)(L)

Hello everyone

I Just filed for I-130 about two weeks ago and still havent recieved the NOA1. Did they cash the check that you submitted with the petition??

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

We did both K3 & CR1 visa's, got both!!- I returned to England for my CR1 interview after first arriving on a K3 visa!!

May/25th 2006- Green card arrives in the mail................YAY!!

19th June 2006 I Had to go to the Social Security Office to get my number, the DS-230 didnt work for me!!

26-June-2006- Social Security# arrived in the mail....YAY!!

Feb 2008 lift conditions <<<reminder to self!!<<<< went to England for a visit instead, no rush right, 90 days is a long time,LOL

Removing Conditions Begins

Mailed I-751 April 12th 2008

signed for @ NSC April 16th

NOA date April 16th

Conditional GC expired May 5th 2008

Biometrics Detroit May 10th 2008

10 year Green card ordered August 20th 2008

Hi sir,

Thank you for support and a very quick reply. I have been keeping eye on my bank account and no, they havent cashed the check yet. I do have enough funds so hopefully cashing wouldnt be no problem.

Buck up, horse. You won't die. What you can do is dig your heels in and get ready to fight. The hardest part of this game is patience. I have none, but I'm learning through all of this. You will be getting a response soon. I wouldn't worry about it for the next couple of weeks though. They move at their very own pace!

YOU re so rite. Patience always pays but i dont have one at the moment. And i willing to go to any extent and fight for my lovely wife. I just cant live without her anymore. I miss her a lot ! You guys must be brave enough to live without each other. I cant control my feelings anymore. i really miss her a lot. Anyways, i will keep you guys updated with my case. if you don't pace yourself now ... you will stress your body out ... you could have a heart attack and die ... then where will your wife be!

calm down, reorganize your priorities, and get settled in for many months apart. this is reality and i don't believe in sugarcoating.

do a little research and look at some other VJ timelines for people in your area. this will give you a general range of time that you should expect to be waiting.

i do wish you a speedy journey!! :thumbs:

yes i am keeping it cool. I would have died right after the marraige if it wasnt for my loveyl wife. I am living it up only only and only for my lovely wife.I have done so much research and came across this wonderful site and am alreayd meeting some good people like you..Hopefully you guys will making me stronger. hey :) some folk handle the being apart things better than others, i know im also gonna have a nightmare time being apart. the USC can always go visit the spouse outside the US, i have 2 trips penned in for my (soon to be...) wife to come visit me here in england.

also, you have started the process, so every day passes brings you closer together and once this is all done, you will be together and no one can say a thing :)

anyway, i hope your NOA arrives soon so you feel like things are moving :thumbs:

We are all in the same boat here, some are closer to their destination than others; you need to be prepaired to be patient and play this waiting game...find something you like to do , prepare for the long journey.
