Last Names

My wifes petition only included one of her last names it was approved ......the marriage certificate only included one of her last names, however her birth certificate her police certificate and passport use both last names as it is done in colombia now i dont know what i should do should i notify nvc or just continue to only use her 1st last name im so mad at myself urghhhhhhhh well hope to hear from some one soon im about to mail off the ds-230 package soon ......

Well that is a pretty unusual question.

What name does she normally use - both or just the one?

You may want to call NVC and ask to speak to a supervisor and ask them how they think you should present her name going forward.

thanks i almost thought noone would reply actually i did that b4 u suggested it like 10 min after my 2nd post and they said they will adjust accordingly ... w.e her passport says that is what they will use
