Hello there VJ comrades,

Found this website with example forms a bit too late. Have checked my already sent 129F and G325 and received my NOA-1. In checking my filled out and filed forms against the examples given on this website, I definitely messed up the use of "None" and N/A on the forms...how critical is this? How much will it slow down the process? Can I beat the RFE game and go ahead and send in corrected forms? Thanks so much,

Grace

I definitely had some incorrect usages of N/A and none but didn't leave any blanks. I didn't have any issues.

While it's better to get it right, I think as long as the answes aren't ambiguous, you should be ok. I wouldn't rush to try and amend, it usually doesn't work anyway.

Nobody can really tell you the answer to that. It's very much dependant on the adjuticator dealing with your case. They are not all created equally so while one may send you an RFE for something, another will let it slide.

good luck and welcome to vj. :)

None. But when you go to the AOS interview they will amputate one finger for each incorrect use of "na". :)

Anything sent to USCIS at this point without an RFE letter will be sucked into the black hole and never get out. In case you wondered where the term "black hole" came from....USCIS.
