so i noticed in other topics, that it really doesnt take that long for the ASC appointment to arrive after I-751 NOA (a month or so?)..but i got my NOA nov 10, 2008 (the one where it says, that my resident status is extended for a year)! it's been 4 months..im really worried. is anyone else having the same problem??

also, how long does it usually take after the biometrics to get the aproval/denial?

:(

I am having sorta the same problem. They sent mine but I never got it now its taking forever for them to resend it. Did you call to find out if they sent it? That's how I found out that they actually sent mine.

Contact VSC and find out what's goin on with your application.I read the timelines you should have been done with the biometrics.VSC is very slow some here waited for over a year to get approved but just recently VSC applications were transferred to CSC and a lot of people got approved in just few weeks.Good luck.

Well I called since January they said to wait 45 days and that went by now they say to wait 30 more days. It's getting frustrating. They keep sending notices that I called but no biometrics. A waste of paper

Calling USCIS will not help anything they will tell u have to wait 45 days and we will do service request .

only thing that u have to do is . make infopass and go to ur local uscis office and find out about ur Biometric.

u should have ur biometric already.

Good luck.

you can make an infopass by going to the USCIS website at http://www.uscis.gov On the right hand side there will be a column that lists different options including one that says "Schedule an Appointment". Click on that and then follow the instructions. On the day of your appointment bring your passport if you don't have an NOA, your green card, your NOA (if you have it) and make sure you have your A number available. They will be able to look up your information either by the case number on the NOA or by your A#. Good luck.
