California Service Center closed on weekend? Need hel urgently

Hello my vj´s friends once more I will your words . My husband sent our I129F package on last friday and as we tracked our postage on USPS website and they have this following message :

Status: Notice Left

We attempted to deliver your item at 10:54 AM on March 21, 2009 in LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607 and a notice was left. You may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice, go to www.usps.com/redelivery, or call 800-ASK-USPS to arrange for redelivery. If this item is unclaimed after five days then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

And we are wondering now if the Service Center in California is open or if the the immigration staff works during saturdays.

Do you know if they work during weekends or only from monday till fridays?

They work on the weekends - but i doubt they will go get the package till monday.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

They work Monday to Fridays generally. I doubt they could help you with this anyway since it has technically not arrived at their facility. Keep tracking the delivery on USPS website. It could well show up 'delivered' during the course of next week. Worst case scenario is it will be returned to you and you will have to resend it.

CSC will not be able to help you until the package has been entered into their system and an NOA1 has been issued, or your payment has been cashed. They cannot or will not help without a case number. Sorry.

The officers are there and working, but only accepts deliveries Monday thru Friday only. They will get your package Monday. Due to building probley locked on weekends and delivery such as DHL, UPS and USPS cant get in unless have a key card. Dont worry.

Don't worry, USPS will redelivery on monday morning. This happended because the office was close. They only work from Monday thru Friday.

Do not worry. They will re-deliver on next business day. It is better to call USPS just to make sure about re-delivery.

i did same you and, i was spoken with the post office ,they say they will delivery on monday thay told me that.

You can also go on the USPS website and request redelivery. If they receive it before 3am PST, they will re-deliver that same day. Good Luck!!
