Few questions reguarding CRBA forms please help URGENT!!!

Hello there, please help me on my son's CBRA appointment, it's coming up really soon. I am trying to fill out some forms but there are a few questions that i don't understand. Some of you out there have been through this before, so im thinking you could help me. Below is a link to HCM CRBA US CONSULATE website, when you go to this website, scroll down you will see 4 different forms , i will write down the forms and the questions number next to each forms that i don't understand. Please visit the website , open up each form and help me how to fill it out. Please Please help me..also if the questions they asked that do not applied to me or my son, do i leave it blank or put None or N/A??

--Applicant is me filling the forms out correct?

--Also can i fill this out by hand or i have to type it?

of such Person (Specify) ( NONE OF THIS APPLIED TO ME, DO I PUT N/A?)

**Question 3

Citizenship .....(I AM ASSUMING THIS IS FOR MY SON, DO I PUT YES HERE???)

**Question 9B

FATHER'S SOCIAL SECURITY

NUMBER (THIS IS WHERE I PUT MY SS NUMBER RIGHT?)

**Question 10

Has the applicant or anyone acting on his/her behalf ever filed for or received a Social Security

number card before?

--Form Affidavit of Parentage and Physical Presence (signed by the U.S. parent and notarized at the U.S.

Notary Public)

**Question 3

Naturalization on ( Q 1 AND 2 DO NOT APPLIED TO ME, SINCE I GOT MY US CITIZENSHIP CERTIFICATE THROUGH MY PARENTS, Q 3 IS MY CHOICE RIGHT?? ALSO WHAT DO THEY MEAN BY PLACE? IS IT THE NAME OF THE CITY AND STATE?

- form DS-11 (Passport application form)

THERE ARE 22 QUESTIONS IN THIS FORM, IM GUESSING QUESTIONS 10 IS FOR THE CHILD'S PARENTS AND THE REST ARE FOR THE CHILD WHO WILL BE RECEIVING THE PASSPORT??)

CRBA is certainly not a K-1 issue (where you posted this question) and may be the reason no one knows how to help...

OK i did this twice. for the physical presence in the us you state according to you passport how many time you departed and reentered the US to and from the country you are filing from.. and for presence abroad well that means the country you are filing from you state who many times you entered and departed that country according to your passport. and you can use your US. passport as proof of citizenship. ans on the social security application you put your ssn where the option is not where father ssn supposed to be but if he is also i USC you can put his ssn in that area. and document that is supposed to be notarize will be done at the embassy where you are filing the crba case the consulate does that and about passport application most of the info is regarding the child . so good luck.
