Any travel bookings need to match the name on her passport, as this is the ID that she will present to the airline.

Bring a copy of your marriage certificate in order to explain the discrepancy between the names on her greencard and passport to the CBP officer.

She just needs to book her flight in the name which is in her passport but bring along your marriage certificate just in case you run into any problems. I have travelled for almost two years, now, with my passport in my former name and my greencard in my married name. I have never had a problem yet. Though I did get asked at the Manchester airport, once, for my greencard. I guess they were concerned I was trying to pull a fast one?

Anyway, it's never been a problem any other time so she'll be fine.

Haha. I see Eoya beat me to the punch.
