I filed my I751 to remove conditions on my greencard but all the info including biometrics was sent to the wrong address. I called the National customer service line and had them update my mailing address since january. It's now March and still they have not resent my biometrics and I am a bit worried because I only have 87 days from my first biometrics appointment to reschedule. I have only gotten notices saying that I called. I can't reschedule my appt because I need the original which I don't have. Does anyone know if infopass can print one for me? Or anything thing else I can try because time is running out. I don't want to be denied :(

How long ago did you file for the I-751 and to which service center? It will be easier for us to give you an answer if we have this information. Do you know for a fact that they did send out the biometrics notice or are you just expecting that you would have it by now?

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

I assume that you filed AR-11 change of address when you moved but still the appointment letter was sent to the old address.Kathryn is right you need to give more info so people could help you. :time:

I didn't move I have a separate mailing address. I kept losing my mail at my home address so I provided a separate mailing address when I filed however they still sent to my home but I never received it anyway. When I called immigration and spoke to an officer they said they sent out my biometrics since January but I never got it. I went through the whole nine yards to change my address with them so they could resend it to my mailing address since January but I still haven't received it. I did have my greencard extended though. I filed with the Vermont service center. Without a hard copy of the bio notice I can't reschedule. I wanted to know if Infopass can help at all.

Make an info pass appointment maybe it can solve the problem since you cannot re-schedule without the hard copy of the bio notice. You should have been done with fingerprints a month after you recieved your 1 year extension.Good luck.
