wow that is nerve wracking, but i think i have read of others taking a long time to get their packet, so i think maybe you are within "acceptable" limits, at least for manila. But maybe you could also call them and ask if your fiancee can pick up a packet from the embassy.

i didnt get mine in the mail, i got it when i went to have my medical done

she needs her passport and case number in lieu of the appointment letter, but embassy needs to be called first so they can send her packet to st luke's, then call st luke's to confirm

anyhow that's how i did it

Yes, I did read it on one of the threads that you just need to call the Embassy to inform them that the packet hasnt arrived and they'd let you pick up another one at St.Luke's when you go in for medical. My question is, would anyone know how many days in advance should i call the Embassy inorder to get my packet on the day of my medical... Would 2 days be enough? Thanks :)

We just went through the same thing. No packet!! My fiancé never received hers. We collected all the forms on our own and prepared it on our own. Like Jeeleebee said you can get help from the Embassy and St Lukes. It may still show up to. You never know but be prepared to pull it together yourself.

My fiance just left today for Manila and will have her medical on Monday. The interview will be on the 21st. I pray we have everything needed and in order.

This is most likely a late reply but here goes:

that $18 number has been totally useless...i called that number that jasman posted here somewhere, the one with the specific extensions...sorry, i wrote it down but cant find it right now

did you call the 18$ number? or is there a toll free number i can call? I just dont know who to call. Thank you for reply..I'll feel so much better when I know what's going on... ergonomic doesnt seem to be in manila's vocabulary. :D
