Accuracy of I-130 reported NOA2's (for K3 timeline)?

I've been trying to gauge the rate of I-130 NOA2's out of Cali (fornia) and it seems to be at a relatively reasonable pace, comparitively speaking... (Hope I haven't jinxed it now) But I noticed that there is only one NOA2 for all of June, if that report is accurate. Some of the NOA2 dates look really fast, but are they correct or typos? I'm wondering if I-130's are now being dragged into the IMBRA quagmire? Does anyone have any substantiated leads regarding the effects to I-130's?

Will IMBRA start affecting our home loan applications next?

I think my new driver license is on hold because of IMBRA as well...

My dog needs new heart worm pills, but the vet said her dog license is indefiinitely on hold due to IMBRA.

IMBRA is only affecting I-129F petitions. If there is a hold up on I-130s now, its likely because of personnel shortage because of summer vacations.
