K-3 visa interview in Manila

Hello all,

Our K-3 petition arrived in Manila the week of Feb 18, however, NVC is moving really slow with our I-130 petition. I changed addresses in the middle of feb and somehow, the Affidavit of Support fee bill was lost in the mail between my two addresses. I have made numerous attempts to get NVC to send me a duplicate copy of the form, as well as try to locate the IIN for my petition, yet, they keep making excuses. I am growing very impatient and I am considering just going the K-3 route since my petition is already in Manila and all I have to do is schedule for the interview.

Here is my concern: I was living in Massachusettes, working at one job for 4 months, but due to cost of living expenses, I moved to a different part of the country so that our savings will be higher. I am now living in Las Vegas and started a new job already. My income from both jobs are way above the poverty requirements, but I am worried they will deny my wife's K-3 because I have only worked at the new job for a couple weeks. Is it ok to have a joint sponser with the I-134 AOS? All I want to do is be reunited with my wife and son ASAP. I don't care if I have to adjust status for her when she arrives. If someone has insight for me, I would greatly appreciate it. BY the way, my wife has a teaching degree, and I read a previous post that if my spouse has potential to earn a good income in the US, it should not be a concern in her interview....

Hmm....Can anyone help us with this topic? We're hoping to set things in motion on monday morning, so any advice would be greatly appreciated
