hello everybody, hope you can help me to clear my mind, i have an interview for AOS this coming july 24 but i havent receive my ead. can i get the approval after my interview or do i need to wait another few more months just to have my green card after the interviw. And my husband has an offer to work in the middle east. How can i get my advance parole?

If you have not received your EAD and AP by the date of your interview and you get approved at interview you will no longer need them....

Are you planning on moving to the middle east if your husband get the job?? as this will have an effect on your greencard....

thank you kezzie to your quick reply. yup for sure were moving to middle east but i really dont want there to stay for long maybe max 6 months and come back here to spend 15 days vacation and go back again for another 6 months, do you think it will affect my status or is this kind of abandoning my green card.?
