Hi, Is a way around the 10 day waiting period for a marriage license? It is going to be all most impossible for me to get 2-1/2 to 3 weeks off work to get married in the Philippines. Is there a way she can file for both of us and I can fly in for the wedding? She wants to get married in the Philippines which is fine with me. Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure of the exact rules, but whatever they are, follow them to the T, don't let anyone talk you into any short cut.

Bring her in on a K-1 visa and go back to get married in the RP, after you've done it here. That is the way to go.
