hello all VJ friends,

first, I like to say thank you to administrator of this VJ site for providing us a great helpful community site.

second, I like to say thank you to all of VJ members. whithout you I would be lost and couln't reach the final step of this painful waiting process.

I love you all!

finally, I like to share with you that my wife and I went to AOS interview on Feb 9. They didn't let us in 45 minutes earlier than the appointment time. The lady interviewer was very nice and polite. all she asked us was "when were you married", that's all. then she stamped "APPROVED" sign on my document. Then she said the card should be arrive from 5-30 days.

even though we brought medical exam + vaccine supplement and all other evidence listed on inteview NOA., but the lady didn't even look at any of them....but I gave the package to her anyway...she said" OH, OKIE"

that's it...20 minutes waiting in waiting room and 10 minutes for interview...done! :dance:

by the way. the lady said my wife's green card is 2-year conditional, which mean before the card expires (2 years), we will send another form something..51..can't remember, then they will send a new card without restriction...

anyway..my long INS journey is over and a new chapter in life begins...

02/23/2009 - Interview in Dallas TX - not enough evidence on marriage -given till 03/23/2009 to submit all the necessary documents

December 13, 2007 - I-751 submitted to NSC (removing of conditions fun begins...)

December 22 - Received a rejection notice because the form was not "properly signed". Package itself was not returned.

January 1, 2008 - Received packet back from CSC. They are requesting we resubmit the packet (which is already organized by CSC) with a properly signed form.

January 2 - Packet resubmitted to California.

January 12 - NOA1 received (dated 01/07/2008)

January 19 - Biometrics appointment notice received (dated 01/15/2008)

February 1 - Biometrics

March 11 - Approved! Card production ordered (notified via e-mail).

March 20, 2008 - New card arrived in the mail :)

Done until 2018 :)

May 20 03 - Entered US via Bahamas. I-94 90 days visa waiver

July 18th 2003 - Married!!

July 20 03 - I-94 expired

Feb 28 05 - 3 sponsors pulled out.

March 1 05 - Friend earns enough to sponsor

March 11 05 - Joint sponsors papers recieved, ALL GO

March 11 05 - Medical Exam complete $180 Bakersfield CA

March 23 05 - 10.45am Infopass appt Fresno Office - File AOS

March 23 05 - Didn't accept legal birth cert, Need more info & new appt

March 30th 05 - AOS appt 1pm

March 30th 05 - 5 hour wait EAD authorised

April 15 05 - Fingerprinting letter received, Bakersfield

April 21 05 - SSN applied for

April 21 05 - Fingerprinting appt..

April 26 05 - SSN Letter of receipt received

April 30 2005 - SSN Card received

June 10 05 - CoA sent to Fresno

June 13 05 - AOS Interview letter received

June 17 05 - CoA confirmation letter received, File transfered to KC Office

June 27th 2005 - New interview date KC -July 27!

June 27th 2005 - AOS APPROVED IN 15 MINS!!!

Nov 1 05 - Letter sent for status

Nov 4 05 - Letter back, case still pending

Jan 17 06 - Official Letter of Approval for Perm Residency!

Feb 11 06 - I-171 Notice of action letter for approval. Online status approved I-181

Mar 1st 06 - GREEN CARD ARRIVED, expires 2016!!! HOORAY its over!
