Question on I-864 about income

Hello all,

I plan to submit tax transcript from year 2005 to 2007. Based on that, in I-864 form, for question 23 (My current individual annual income is:), should I put total income of year 2007 or current income for year 2008? I am assuming, since I've no addition co-sponsor, answer for 24a and 24c will be same as answer for 23. Thanks a ton for help!!!! :D

By the way, I've not filed taxes for year 2008. I plan to apply for extension. So I don't plan to send anything for year 2008. That's why I am confused about question 23.

Best to file 2008 and send copies with 2006 and 2007 transcripts.

I-864: #23: Your current individual annual income is your 2009 annual income. Check the employment letter or ask HR for 2009 annual income. For 24A & C use same figure as in 23.

#25: Most recent year of tax filling is 2008 but if you are planning to get extension then I believe you can use 2007, 2006 and 2005 tax return but you still need to show 2008 tax return at the time of interview (Check with NVC).

I-129F (K-3):
