changing voters id using my married name

ask ko lng kc i need some valid id meron akong voters id but then gusto ko sna xang ichange from single into married name im from silang cavite any suggestion pwede ba un? pls help heheh salamat po..and how many days kaya bago nila mareleased..

and lastly kukuha ako ng postal id sa main dw un d ko alam san ung main pano makapunta duon? and what are the requirements needed? kc wla akong ibang valid id and kelangan ko kc ng at least 2 valid id for prism.. thanks po..
