Resubmission due to missing signature

Recently recieved an NOA for rejection of my concurrently filed I-130/485/765 due to the I-130 having not been signed (D'oh!, I could have sworn I checked this about 5 times, but obviously not!)

The NOA states to sign and resubmit with the fees, but before doing this had a couple of Q's that I thought I should ask:

1) Do I just sign the form and return the whole packet to them in the same manner that they returned it to me?

(they had removed and reorganized all the forms and evidence docs and they all have electronically printed info on the right hand edge of each page...do this matter?)

2) Should I include a copy of the rejection notice with a cover letter and just resubmit the packet as is...with signature obviously?

3) Or should I just submit a whole new packet (forms/evidence etc) as if I had not applied in the first place?

ANy advice anyone could give would be of great help as I am sitting here annoyed and frustrated that I made such a basic error! AAARRGGGHH!

YES... it is very important that you send back everything they sent you after you make the corrections. Your file will strta all over again from DAY 1...it wont hurt to have an extra set of an eye.ur relatives or friends to look at it too.

Thanks for replying so quickly....I needed it

So should I just sign the form add the checks and submit the whole thing exactly as I recieved it except with copies of the I797's and keep the original ones for myself?
