Hello all,

just a little question, i have k1 on his way, but it seems i forgot the case number on a form and the process is taking long.

anyway, is it possible to do a DCF even if the k1 is processing??

maybe my fiancee will be able to visit soon, it would be a good opportunity.

how long will she have to stay here?? let's say we're getting married and start dcf right after, how long (approx) will it take??

thanks for your help :)

Please use the search function to find Paris experiences. Or look for the thread from groomit (about 5 lines down) detailing his experience there this week.

If you choose to drop the K-1 and get married, there is no problem with that. Be aware of how ong it takes to get married in France, and what documents the USC will need. I also recommend that the USC complete the I-864 while still in the US; the paperwork is a lot easier to get ahold of from home.
