Looks plenty complete but your use of the word "tabs" concerns me. This should not be bound together like when you submitted the petition. Instead it should be easily handed over on section "tab" at a time or specifically if and when requested, some at the medical and others at the interview. The petition copy is really just for her reference in preparation for the interview. Don't look at this like a "submission" but more of a "collection" of readily available documents.

I am using a combination of accordion folder for storage and file folder for organizing, and they have tabs for naming.... they are not bound and can be easily removed....

I see that you included your college transcripts. Do you all recommend this? I am the sponsor and so all of the I-134 stuff wil be from me.

I have a bachelor's degree and a master's degree, so if it helps I might include these.

I also would like to include my resume.- that is a good idea. I am a high school guidance counselor and I absolutely adore assembling packets and had the best time putting together the I-129f.

I've already gotten everything together for the I-134 (letter from employer, last 3 years of W2s and tax transcripts, paystubs, don't need the asset stuff or bank statements), just waiting for the time to use it!

The closer you are to the minimum required income the more important it is to include such things but really, a teaching "certifiction"? Let's hope you're not teaching English.

lol Yeah I saw that after I posted and it was too late to edit. If you look at my post I am a high school guidance counselor (although my mom who was an English teacher would kill me for that!).

My wife was asked for her university diploma during the interview. Her interview was less than maybe 10 minutes and I think the VO was looking to kill some time. I have never heard of anyone else being asked (on candle) this question.

"VO: your english is very good. Yan: Thank you I studied 10 years with 2 of then at the university in chengdu" VO: What did you study at the university and may I see the diploma。

The primary reason to ask for a diploma or more commonly a CV is for certain national security related concerns, like you have the necessary education to build a WMD, etc. I think the OP is including such things as potential evidence to address any public charge concerns associated with recent graduation combined with perhaps marginal or short duration of qualifying income. Having it/them available won't hurt.

I always thought maybe it had to do with ending up being a public charge. English and a degree VS no english or advanced learning. The ability to find work in the US.

It's certainly a possible consideration but really meaningless if the petitioner has sufficient income. By sufficient, I'm not referring to over the poverty line but making a living wage.

I would recommend that you put together an e-mail including photos of your home, car, hometown, local attractions, family members, etc, and add a family tree including details of relationship (brother, father, etc) and age and where they live. You should also put together a financial spreadsheet demonstrating your income/assets and how it is spent.

Your fiancee can make it up into an album about you and your life from this e-mail at a chinese photo print shop. Through it she can learn more about your situation and family and refer to it if the VO asks her specifics about your life and lifestyle. She should indicate to the VO that you have provided this info so that she has a clear understanding of just what kind of situation she is marrying into and that she is doing so with knowledge.

Your fiancee should also be prepared to talk about her plans for her life in America, in terms of what skills/training she has that can be the basis for employment, etc. She should know what potential salaries are, and how they weigh against costs of living. If she is not english fluent she should enroll in english lessons in china, and you should locate an "english as a second language" program in your area and send her details describing it.

These things all intended to demonstrate that your finacee is beginning to live her American life even before she leaves china. No VO wants to approve someone for a blindsiding. Most VO will understand the importance of informed consent.
