My wife is US Citizen sponsoring for me. I am on H1. So I am going to include my income as well.

We did joint filing for tax year 2008. Now for question 25, "Total Income" should be "joint total income" or just my wife's income?

Yes ...You have to include your income too.

It should be like this :

2008 Tax Year (Most Recent) : Jointly filed ( Yours & your wife's )

2007 Tax Year : Your wife's only

2006 Tax Year : Your wife's only
