Renowned Pediatrician, Accused of Abuse

It does seem to me as if by not challenging the order, he has avoided a certain amount of unpleasant exposure, for the most part. I don't know enough, of course, but I do find these things give one a cerebral workout, as it were.

I am the first one to want a molester locked up but I also don't want in innocent man put through the hell he would get in prison if jailed for an offense he didn't commit. One would think that in today's climate he wouldn't be able to cover it up and the fact he hasn't had charges brought against him makes me want to give the benefit of the doubt.

Of course, no one should be in jail for an offense they did not commit. I still find this case worrisome though, it certainly crosses my mind that he has been given a way out that is not afforded to the average person accused of pedophile behaviour.
