Hi All.

I am a Permanent Residence , My husband is US citizen. I want to bring my sisters to US. They are from Asia and they are older than 30 years old.

It would be possible ? Please let me know your advices.

You would need to be a US Citizen before you can file a I-130 for your sister. There is a very very long wait for siblings, your sister would be in catagory 4 and they are just issuing visa's to people who have an approved I-130 from 1998.

You are looking at 11 to 12 years before a visa would be available once you have become a US Citizen.

Only after you become a US citizen, siblings can only be petitioned for by a US Citizen.

Husband cannot petition for In-Laws.

So You first need to file N-400 when you become eligible to naturalize.

Note what part of Asia?? The Philippines is looking at over 20 years, China is around 10 years for a visa number.
