NVC finally received and entered my case into their system. Exactly 1 month after my I-130 approval i finally get some good news today!!!!!!!! WOO HOOOOOOOO :dance::dance::dance:

did you email your DS-3032 yet? I'm doing it right now!!!

No I didn't. They said not to send any information, I specificially asked for DS-3032. I think, you should also call them and make sure they've your and your wife's email address.

Well I was looking at a lot of people's timelines and most people emailed it the day off or the day after receiving the case number. I guess it doesn't hurt to email it. No point waiting for the hard copy.

I am not waiting for hardcopy. Only for ARV to say that it's been generated. Someone else on the forum also suggested to wait for 4 business days after we get case #. Frankly speaking, I've been always confused about when to send and when not to. I guess I'll send one today after I get to office. Later...

Congrats!! Did they give you a reason for the delay??

Well I didn't talk to anyone. I just used the AVR first and to my surprise I had a case number waiting. I was expecting to hear the same recording that I've been hearing for a month. Wrote down my case number and started jumping up and down...haha...j/k...

I did talk to a CSR yesterday and she kept saying we don't have it in the system yet. I then asked to be transferred to a supervisor. I talked to her and she kept giving me the same answer. So after talking to her for 15 minutes and eventually getting more frustrated, I called her a good for nothing overpaid lousy b*tch and hung up the phone.....now i don't know if that helped my chances of me getting a case number, but it seems like it worked...LOL

Email ds-3032 after avr says ds3032 and AOS fee bill generated. Emailing is good because once the case is complete at nvc you'll get interview letter via email, quicker and more reliable then snail mail. Goodluck

I never wait for the hard copy read my time line, at soon you receive the cover page you can send the I-864 and after you paid the IV fee they will email the cover page for DS-230
