People from France seeking AOS...

I would like to know if anyone who got his K1 visa in France got the DS 3025 after medicals. In I wasn't given that form in Paris and I wonder if I'm the only one. Now iF someone is in the case, did s/he have a RFE after appling for AOS. People from France, let me know....

See my response below - on your first post- You may want to try and call the doctor in Paris to get a copy of your file instead of waiting for a potential RFE..It's worth gving it a try.
