hi guys.

i sent in my I-129 F and received the 1-797C Notice of Action today.

Now what should i be doing so that my guy in a foreign country is prepared?

Excalty what forms should I be prepaprin-- i know some tax form and what else?

Should i wait for them to need it before i send to my finance---mening, what if the embassy says my form (tax/employent) were filled out too early??

For those of you wo are doing the I-129 F,id love suggesstions.

This site helped me get my packet together and boy wasmy packet PHENOMENAL - beuatiful piece of work.

but i need to know exatly whta to do while i wait for NOA 2 and etc.... thanks so much guys. i love you all.

At this point i think the most important thing is to document an ongoing relationship after the NOA1. Document and save everything. Save all emails chatlogs, phone records. Basicly if it can be used as evidance then save it. Congrats on your NOA1, and now the wait begins...Godd luck!

Take a look at the guides and they will have more detailed information. Like the other poster said keep records of your contact for proof of ongoing relationship at the interview, and before your 2008 tax return is submitted keep a copy of it along with W-2 and call the IRS for your tax transcript. Good luck on your journey!
