Has anyone had medicals in France lately?

Can anyone who had medicals done in France lately tell me if the doctor gave him/her something more than the sealed envelope for the Consulate? Were you given any form stating that you had your medical examination completed?

I was just thinking about this- I had my medical done in Paris last month, and I photocopied the completed form the doctor gave me for the consulate before I submitted it (it was not in a sealed envelop). I am realizing now that it's lucky because this way I do not have to have the entire medical exam done again here. I also kept the X- Ray (they did not take it from me at the POE).
