Just thought I'd give some insight into this topic. I received a RFE due to a Class B condition and because I didn't know about it or have a copy of my medical (that they don't give you anyway), I have to have a complete medical examination done again.

So, I called 3 different CS in the Chicago Northwest Suburbs. This is what I was told regarding prices:

Dr. Evelyn Strzyz --- $450 - $900

Dr. F Halloran --- $548 cash only

Dr. L M d'Avis --- $290 check or cash.

With Dr. d'Avis, everything is completed in 3 days. I went to the office this afternoon to see what was required and they did my bloodwork and TB test today. On Saturday, I'll go back and finish up the process.

I hope that this will make USCIS happy enough that they approve my I-485 without any more grief.

April 13, 2009 - Welcome to the USA letter rec'd. PRC to be rec'd within 3 weeks.

April 16, 2009 - 2 yr GC rec'd in mail.

March 2, 2011 - Mailed in I-751 to CSC

March 4, 2011 - I-751 delivered to CSC

March 4, 2011 - NOA issued

March 12, 2011 - NOA received

April 14, 2011 - BIO Appt 5/6/11

May 6, 2011 - BIO done in 10 minutes...no re-takes this time :)

June 27, 2011 - Email rec'd "Status - Approved"

July 1, 2011 - 10 yr GC arrived
