Hello all hope your doing well....I have a question have any of you heard of them working on cases faster there at uscis.....I have a great friend that helped me with all my paper work for my husband she helps getting people here from Mexico.....anyways she told me that now here in 2009 that they would be completing the cases faster.....which would be great for everyone still waiting....I have been wanting to ask you all this for awhile but felt that maybe wouldnt be such a great idea being that it may not be true and make everyone happy for nothing.....im am hoping that it is true and hoping that it will help me out as well for my husband's situation.....well Thanks and hope to hear that im not the only one that heard this..... :blush:

there was a rate increase a while ago and it caused things to slow down due to so many wanting to beat the increase. so now maybe things have become faster after that but not because they are working faster but because the case loads are back to normal. im not so sure things are moving faster as it seams people are still waiting a long time.

I have noticed that Vermont listed it's processing time on K1 and K3 from a date (last I saw was May) to 6 months. Now all three - K3, K1 and I130 has 6 months processing time listed. I'll let you know if I hear something the end of April - which will be 6 months for my I130.

Recieved RFE for missing medical exam that they lost. Submitted new exam March 10, 2010.

Notified that he is in background checks after submitting three service requests: July, 2010
