Joint Brokerage Account

Joint Car insurance

Joint Lease agreement

Joint Vehicle Title

Wedding Rings Receipts from Tiffany's

Evidence I visited her in her home country 10 times

Evidnce she visited me in USA 7 times

Postcards to each other.

Flight receipts

Update!

I was finally able to send in my AoS the beginning of July and it was received on the 14th. In the last few weeks I've had my biometrics, interview scheduled for beginning of October and I got my EAD card in the mail today. It's going on a lot faster than expected. Now I'm just anxious to get that interview out of the way. It's good timing too because my husband leaves in less than 2 months for deployment.

We had our interview yesterday and it was approved. I showed them our lease (they put me on it), joint bank account, Power of Attorney (since hubby is deploying soon) and Will. I have my SSN and will have my green card soon. I can't believe I was worried so much, it was not bad at all. Thanks to all those with helpful advice.
