Hey guys! I just wanna ask if its really safe to reenter the US with an I 131 while my AOS is still pending.I got an email from USCIS today that my AP is approved already cuz i told them i need it by march 20 to go back to the Philippines to get my kids before their visa expire.So i just wanna make sure that AP is really effective when reentering the US.i need your advice guys..Thanks!!!

From your timeline, it appears that you entered the US on a K1 and filed for AOS before your I94 expired, so (unless you have any previous overstay or other complications) you should be fine to re-enter with AP approved before you left.

Removing conditions:

10/9/10 - Package sent to Vermont

10/13/10 - NOA1 date, received 10/18
