confused about I-134 Question 11

Does a co-sponsor mark intend , not intend or N/A in question 11. I have read different answers in the forum.

Intend

U.S. Passport

xx-xx-2012: Passport application sent

I-130 petition for Sibling

07-19-2012: Sent I-130 via Priority mail

07-23-2012: I-130 received by PHX lbx (forwarded to california)

07-23-2012: Priority date

07-30-2012: I-797 receipt received

1. CR1 [Completed: 2009/Total Days: 325]

2. ROC [Completed: 2011/Total Days: 222]

3. CITIZENSHIP [Completed: 2012/Total Days: 125]

4. US PASSPORT [Completed: 2012/Total Days: ]

I read this in one of the forums

Q11

The I-134 is not a requirement for K visas even though the Embassys use this amongst other things in order to ascertain that the beneficiary/applicant will not become a public charge. The I-134 is geared towards other types of non immigrant visas. Q11 leans toward those completing the form when an applicant is not going to be living in the US permanently, such as sponsored visitors, when an allowance etc will be given to the applicant during their stay in the US. The guide suggests N/A for this reason.

so I am still confused
