Got passport back WITHOUT Visa!!!!!!

I got my passport back today without visa stamped on it......

there is a letter in that packet says that we are returning your passport and your case is still under administrative processing.

as soon as your case is completed we will contact you to submit your passport again...

CONFUSED~~~~~~~~~~

seen this thing first time........Im still under AP...

14/07/2007----Met at Cousins Party (Notre dame, Indiana)

15/07/2007----Started talking (Exchange phone numbers)

31/08/2007----went back to India (For Family Issues)

2/10/2007---- Came Back to USA (Started living together)

12/12/2007----MARRIED in INDIANA,USA

07/03/2008----Gone to India (family Issues) Coudnt go back to USA Visa got finished!!!

23/08/2008---- My wife came to india (stayed 3 months)

24/11/2008----Applied DCF in New Delhi Embassy----GOT APPROVED same DAY got Packet 3.5 by hand

03/12/2008----Wife went back to USA

17/12/2008----Submit all documents @ VFS jullundher Packet 3.5

28/01/2009----Got interview date Packet 4: Feb 6th

29/01/2009----Went for medical

02/02/2009----GOT medical Report!! (all Fine)

06/02/2009---- INTERVIEW!!!! RECIVED 221g REQUSTING TO SUBMIT MORE DOCUMENTS with PASSPORT

28/02/2009---- Submitted 221g Documents with passport

18/03/2009---- Got passport without visa stamped on it

19/03/2009---- Called DOS and they said embassy is asking for my daughter's Birth cetificate and Passport

01/04/2009---- 1 month of AP!! - NO NEWS--- from embassy---called DOS No news---_STILL WAITING FOR ANOTHER 221g FROM EMBASSY!!!!!!

STILL UNDER AP!!!!! very Frustated

07/04/2009---- Case tranfered to FPU(fraud prevention unit)

15/06/2009---- Embassy asked me to submit my passport-----confused??

22/06/2009---- Got Visa in Hand

10/07/2009---- POE Denver!

The AP can time anywhere from 4-8 months or longer. They gave it pack incase you need it to travel. Your documents you submitted might have to be verified. Sorry for another bump.

The AP can time anywhere from 4-8 months or longer. They gave it pack incase you need it to travel. Your documents you submitted might have to be verified. Sorry for another bump.

is there a list where one can check which countries are AP please?

I got my passport back today without visa stamped on it......

Sorry to hear that, they really playing game ,u must be going through so much and that must had been so disapointing for u and ur family,,

be patient and hope for the best but do prepare for few more months

9/4/2007 ...I-130 aproved

9/4/2007....NVC recieved

8/4/2008...NVC completed

8/4/2008...case sent to USE/Islamabad

9/16/2008....interview date/put in AP

3/16/2009 .... 6 months of AP

4/16/2009.......7 months in AP

5/16/2009........8 months in AP

6/16/2009.........9 months in AP

6/15/2009.... visa issued

7/30/2009....visa in hand

POE 8/4/2009 Washington /dulles airport

ken,u need to accapt the fact of AP is unprdicatable matter of time ,,,till yesterday i was feeling that my husband AP should end some time this month but now i have prpared my self for at least another 6 months as i look at the result of men in AP from pakistan stayed in AP for almost a year or more,,if u are muslim i would doubt that ur AP will be over soon as we all know muslim men going through AP at higher persentage..

E MAIL EMBASSY AND TELL THEM IN UR EMAIL THIS IS WHAT DOS TOLD U AND THEY WILL REPLY TO U RIGHT AWAY ,ASKING U TO SUMMIT WHATS NEEDED.
