hello everyone

I have one question about CFO seminar bcoz im a little confuse...

CAN I DO MY CFO SEMINAR EVEN I DONT HAVE PASSPORT AND VISA?

if anyone have an idea can you please share it to me....

05-01-06=TOUCH

06-22-06=ATLAST THEY TOUCH hehehehe...

06-23-06=TOUCH AGAIN yeahey

06-29-06=RECIEVE RFE in the mail

07-07-06=touch three times

08-11-06=touch

09-08-06=call CSC and were APPROVE!!!!!!

For those of us who are dumb and maybe blonde (like me), what is CFO? And is it in the States? And do you have the correct visa required to go to it (whatever it is)

If you have to travel out of the US to any country (other than one inside/considered part of the States) you will need a valid passport....

Applied for K1

Met online 2001 - just aquaintances

Sept 2002 - 1st US visit - everything goes perfectly.

Dec 20th - Forms recev'd at CSC

Dec 27th - NOA1 received by snail mail!

Dec 29th - 'Touched'

March 10 2006 - NOA2!

March 23 - recv'd at NVC

March 24 - petition sent to London

April 9th - Pkt 3 rec'd!

May 17th - Pkt 3 signed for at London Embassy

May 24th - Medical

May24th - Pkt 4

June 14th - Interview 10am - APPROVED 1pm!!

June 16th - Visas received in my hot little hands 1pm :)

July 19th - flying to US!

July 27th - Married!! :-)

Aug 7th - Applied for SSN in married name

Aug 9th - SSN received

A CFO is a seminar that fiance's from the Philippines must go to before they can leave the country.

I have been told that you can do the CFO before you get the visa. Maybe someone else can verify that.

It's a requirement of the Philippines government for anyone leaving the country on a marriage-based visa. It is not a U.S. requirement.

05/02/2007 Driver's License - Passed Road Test!

05/27/2008 Lifting of Conditions sent (TSC > VSC)

06/03/2008 Check Cleared

07/08/2008 INFOPASS (I-551 stamp)

07/08/2008 Driver's License renewed

04/20/2009 Lifting of Conditions approved

04/28/2009 Card received in the mail

SORRY EVERYONE after i post it here i realize i post it in the WRONG SECTION sorry to all foriegner didnt mean to confuse you about the CFO but anyway i just want to tell you what is CFO its CERTIFICATE for FILIPINO OVERSEAS its only for Philippines IM SO SORRY.... :blush:
