Speaking from experience? I would think nordstrom might be quite fun to shop in if you are high.

Why do dealers sling dope?

To make money. Ditto for the convenience stores. Only with paraphenalia, it is not illegal to sell something that might (remotely) have a legal use. Convenience stores in some areas sell a whole lot of Chore Boy pot scrubbers. And it ain't because people in that neck of the woods have a fetish for clean pots.

Note for the clueless: Chore Boy is used as a filter media in the end of a crack pipe.

Note for the clued-in: Po' Boy is a sandwich, used to filter spirits at the beginning of the intestinal tract.

The "war on drugs" is one area (among a few) that I break hard from my conservative friends. It's caused nothing but grief and has done no good to stop drug use. I would legalize all drugs, tax it and use the tax money for drug education and prevention. Sending users to jail is a really stupid idea if you ask me.
