I had a question, my friend which currently lives in india with her husband, she is a us citizen, she does want to bring her husband here, but she does not want to come here and stay here or work here. Can she apply for k-3 while still being in india, but able to show a lot of bank balance?

Known each other since we were kids ! =]

Can't understand what you are asking.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

perhaps you can have your friend read the K-3 and/or the IR/CR-1 visa guides available here and she can make the best decision for her particular situation. Its difficult to advise based on so little information....but your friend can best inform herself by reading the guides.

If the embassy allows it, she can file DCF. Its for individuals who are legally staying in another country and wish to bring their spouse with them PERMANENTLY to the US. Not sure from your post if your friend wants to just visit with her husband or move here.

Yeah she wants to bring him here permanently, she and him want to come here permanently, but she does not want to petition from the usa, meaning she can not show that she is working here in the usa, she is working in india. thank you i will look on that
