How can the listed I-130 dates (Vermont says they are processing cases filed on December 24, 2005) if your application (from March 6, 2006) has already been approved? The processing dates don't make any sense to me. Nobody's applications and approvals on this site ever match the dates the centers list. It drives me nuts. Ours is still waiting. :whistle:

Agreed, those dates seem meaningless.

Day 43-Mailed RFE 6/7

Day 54 6/18 Email from USCIS RFE RD 6/16

Day 55 LUD 485 6/19

Day 57 LUD 485 6/21

Day 76 LUD 131, 765 7/10

Day 77 EAD approved email 7/11

Day 81 EAD CARD REC'd !! 7/15

Applied for Social Security 7/21/06 - Re'd 8/25/06

Infopass appointment made 7/27, earliest date 8.10 @ 1PM

Infopass found that NBC lost our 131 photos, it was approved on 7/10!

They are using 485 photos to process the 131 and should have sent it

out to us on 8/11 --- RECEIVED AP 8/18 !! whoohoo

Appointment notice rec'd 7/28, GC interview 9/19 @ 1PM

APPROVED, given a 1 year stamp - told the card would be mailed right away :)

Rec'd 2yr conditional GC 10 days after interview :)

The dates are often fairly useless to go by but it gives you something to do while you wait. Good luck everybody. I hope you hear soon.

23rd February 2005 Married.

10th May 2005 I130 packet sent to TEXAS forwarded to Cali.

12th May 2005 NOA1 Received date.

14th May 2005 delivered at 4:34 am LAGUNA NIGUEL, CA 92607.

23rd May 2005 NOA1 notice date.

27th May 2005 NOA1 hits the mailbox.

13th August 2005 po po form mailed off with £10 cheque.

2nd September 2005 po po letter arrives.

3rd September a 4 week visit to GA assuming i get allowed in.

30th september 130 days on I130 and counting.

(Hopefully i finally get a wedding ring today too)

30th November NOA2 date. woohoo

January 2006 case arrives at NVC finally(not sure about exact date)

17th February 2006 IV bill mailed back

21st April case complete (sorry i have missed some dates of forms going back and forth)

2nd May case forwarded to Embassy in London

10th July 2006 visa interview 10.30 a.m.
