I tried to check the status of my case by calling the NVC and the automated message says that "NVC has the IV Fee Bill and AOS Fee Bill to the attorney of record on March 17,2009". However, the thing is NVC originally sent thest bills to my attorney on February 6, and my attorney sent out the money orders on March 2nd. Does anyone have an idea as to what could this possibly be? An error on part of NVC or something else? Thanks in advance.
