My fiancee received her P3 on April 16, mailed it back to GUZ on April 17. On May 5, GUZ assigned her an interview date of June 2 (I found out by calling DOS) and suppossedly mailed her P4 to her on May 5 as well. So it took a little less than 3 weeks to have her interview scheduled after she mailed back her P3.

P-3 to interview can be anywhere from 6 weeks on the very fast side, to 10 on the slow side. Usually, it is about 8 weeks. 4 weeks from P-3 returned to P-4 sent, and 4 weeks to interview. I guess it is determined by the volume of interviews, and the timing of the processing, (which part of the month your P-3 is received). You can get a few days jump on the interview, by calling DOS, twice daily, starting 3 weeks after you return your P-3. Good Luck, Mike & Yizhen
