I use MSN Hotmail as my email server. I was wanting to print either pages from my inbox, indicating a continuing relationship or move them all to a folder and show the list of emails in the folder. When I try to print the list, it prints the entire emails. Anybody know how to just print the list shown on the screen?

use print screen button on keyboard then paste in paint or word document.

on the top right side of the keyboard there is a button named Prt Scr, open your inbox, press that button one time, then open paint or word document and press Ctrl V to paste it... Good Luck

Filter it to show the emails that you want on one screen. Hold down Shift + PrtScn (by the Function keys), that copies it to your "clipboard" then open Paint or Word and Ctrl+V to paste. Then print the paint or word document!

You mean they don't want to read my juicy emails? They just see that they were sent and received? LOL I gave them some copies of some pretty mushy, lovey emails. I expect the person who reviews my folder to /vomit from the mushy love stuff.

You don't have to do the whole prtscn thing. It just takes up too much time and it's not necessary. I haven't used msn, ever, so I don't know how well it works. But in gmail it worked perfectly. All you have to do is set up your email account to show 100 messages per page so you don't have to print 20 pages or something. Then go to your web browser <file> then <print preview>. This should open a new window showing you the page you're printing. You should see all the emails on there, at least all the ones on the page, 1-100. If you don't see them or if the page is cut off then at the top you should see an option where you can zoom in or out of the page from 10% to 100% and more. Choose <shrink to fit> and this should change the page and show all your emails. Then just print. Follow the directions for the rest of your pages. Don't worry about the smaller font when it shrinks. If you have a decent printer it'll be read easily. I did this with my emails and it worked out just fine.

Good luck!
