Part II

1- what i will mark for 'application type' "I am applying for an adjustment to permanent status because; ...............?

2- Place of the last entry into the united states.. I came to first JFK so the answer would be JFK, NY?

3- were you inspected by a US immigration officer ? the answer is 'YES' right??

4- what am i going to say 'in what status did you last enter' part?? the answer is K-3 ????

5- what am i going to say "nonimmigrant visa number" I have an annotation number on my K-3 visa that starts with A Should I write this number??

Part I

1) "A" number is on the visa, NOA2 and probably the I-94. Begins with "A"

2) Yes

3) Yes, departure #

4) Yes

5) I-94 expire and K-3 expire should be same

Part II

1) A

2) Yes

3) yes

4) K-3

5) non-immigrant visa number is the control number on the visa itself

6) "A" part is about you not your USC husband. A USC does not have an "A" number

YMMV

Thanks for help.. I am only confused on part I number 5.. because my K-3 expire date is 25FEB2011 but the officer wrote on my I-94 class K-3 until 04MARCH2011

Which one i should write on the form? I think i should consider the date on I-94 right?

Thanks!

does your SSN card have "not for work without DHS authorization" disclaimer? If so, the answer is right there

YMMV
