Hey guys,

Does anyone have the number to speak to an agent at USCIS either Vermont or California -- it doesnt matter..... instead of the regualar customer service agent that u get when u call the 800 number.. I saw a it couple of times but i lost it. Any one has it please help...

I know from what i remember that -- you call the 800 number then you have to select some options... (that's what i need )

thanks I have this one but there are some options to speak with an agent from the service center itself..

Just the 8003755283 gets you a CSR that doesnt know exact details of the case.

No way to call a center, USCIS has set up a central number for all centers, it is the 800 number.

Hollis, I once called the customer care line, and asked to speak to a officer, and they transfered me to a officer in California. Maybe I was just lucky, but I got thru to a officer. Good luck. Cant hurt to try.

I just called the 800 number because I was checking on a service request for my NOA1 which I have received. When I called and followed the prompts in connected me to my service center. I tried it twice and it worked both times. Here is what I did:

Called 800-375-5283

Press 1 for English

Press 2

Press 1 and enter receipt #

Press 1 if # is correct

Press 3

Then 2

Then 1

You will then be connected to an agent at your service center.
