sponser lost job pending aos

My oas is pending but my wife lost her job.

She was whitout a job for 2 weeks but now she has a tempory job.

Will she be able to be a sponser whit a tempory job.

Or do we need te find a co sponser?

can anyone help me with this

Since you have you already submitted the I-485/I-864 then unlesss there is a question....

I have similar question. My wife was employed till end of last year but then she lost her job. She has found temporary job now and is working currently.

Can she still sponsor me?

We already have a joint sponsor lined up but it would be great if we don't have to use one.

The evidence of financial support is usually the tax returns and a letter from the employer stating they are employed and there wage. If these together show that she meets the 125% requirement then you will have no need for a co-sponsor. Do yo uknow anyone who would be prepared to co-sponsor should you need it?
