I sent off my packet to USCIS. Durning that time my father was layed off. He was my co-sponserer/ I-864A. We recieved notes informing us that they need more info. They where asking for the letter of employment and we forgot to put in his W-2.... anyways on the form i864 we put that he had a job and only supplied info on one home he own's for assets. We now are giving them all his asset information and explaining about his job loss. They do not request it on the sheet they sent me but My Question is should we send in the i-864 and i-864a again with the supporting documents and adjust the figures in his assets on the form or only send in what they asked for.

Any help would be great. thank you

Since your father got laid off. You can not get the letter of employment. So find yourself

another sponsor quickly & explain this situation on a piece of paper with your other RFE documents.

GOOD LUCK !.....

Couldn't his assets be used. There are homes totalling 800,000 clear of debt and some stocks....

If you insist to use him as a sponsor, you can use his networth,

but you do still need an explanation to USCIS, "Why you are not

sending his letter of employment". Send his W-2's too. Hopefully, they will

understand the circumstances & your case will be resumed again.

GOOD LUCK!.... Keep us posted.
