0405 IV AGENT FEE LETTER TEST email

I received this email this morning instructing me to pay IV fee.I had paid my IV fee on Mar 11 after receiving ds-3032 acceptance email .The bill had been PAID as of March 13th and it is still reflecting as PAID.What should I do??any suggestions????

i just called n i was told,my case will be reviewed by supervisor and its gonna take 10-15 business days.is there any way to get it done faster......Also i sent in AOS overnight on 10th and It is still not in other system...............Operator said takes 2-4 weeks to review n input any documentation u send......Y they r taking longer now to get evry thing done???ppl got approved faster before..

i just called n i was told,my case will be reviewed by supervisor and its gonna take 10-15 business days.is there any way to get it done faster......Also i sent in AOS overnight on 10th and It is still not in other system...............Operator said takes 2-4 weeks to review n input any documentation u send......Y they r taking longer now to get evry thing done???ppl got approved faster before..

I got the same thing when I call it's the standard thing they say. I also got those emails after I paid my fees and had printed the sheets and sent in our documents, like 2 weeks later I got the emails. it seems I was moving faster than they are. If it shows paid on their site then don't pay any mind to the emails. They are moving to a paperless way of doing things so they told me and I guess the emails notifying you are a bit behind. Even though they said wait 2-4 weeks for this or that things still moved there for our case in a matter of days. Just keep checking with them. Also their AVR updates like once a week it seems. Don't worry to much.

Should I wait until it clears up and operator tells me the fee is paid to send DS-230.What do u suggest?Thanks for ur help......
