No it never did... it just suddenly came in the mail... no email, no update online, just hard copy then a few days later I got a letter from the State Department saying they received it and are forwarding in to the Embassy...

I called them up, and they said it is already on its way there! :thumbs:

It seems I really don't mind if the website is updated...I got the hard copy... I'm happy! :)
