the pic is fiction, pedroh. there is only one of them i'm aware of that is in production and even it does not carry enough ordnance to be an issue to more than 2 vehicles as it carries only 2 missiles

Well to be even more efficient, they can cut out the middlemen traffickers and send them straight to places where the drug is grown. Perhaps they can seek employment this way and force those gun-toting maniacs to seek alternative employment themselves.

Or we can actually do something about the demand here in the States. Or just legalize those drugs that aren't potentially instantly lethal.
