The day after i recieved my NOA2 i found out that my fiance was cheating on me. I need to withdraw my I129f application immediately. I sent a letter to NVC requesting a withdraw with my name her name and the case number. Is there anything else i should do to make sure the app. gets withdrawn

Just curious, how did u found out??

I have a vision on that one.

HAHA Well Iam 23 and she is 20. We had an email address that we shared and and one of the guys accidentally used that address and sent her an email. Then i confronted her and she admitted to it. The thing that grosses me out is the dude was 50 years old. I also paid for her surgery because she conracted HPV and then gave it to me. Like i said, iam 23 and im not bringin in the cash like i want to. Anyways i Paid for her surgery and many other things that i couldnt really afford. But I guess in the end its my fault for trusting her.

OUCH!!! That is gross and that sucks big time!

haha yeah extremely gross and sucks @$$ big time!

i feel sorry for the guy though. but be tough man and in God's time and will you will find the woman who deserves your love.

That is soo terrible to know that one of my fellowmen did that to you. Such a shame!

Luckily, you found out before she got her ticket to be in the U.S.

Hope you'll find the girl for you and would never exchange you for a 50-year-old man.

Good Luck!

I agree, Donna.

I'm sorry this happened to you but I'm wondering how the HPV thing didn't tip you off that she was a dirty girl, literally.

me personally i would warn the other guy of her. he probably is innocent and dont even know she is playing both guys.

ahhh, those filipino girls are quite known for these types of scams. in an effort not to help her out, DO NOT CANCEL YOUR I-129F! Let it sit there, if you dont send the affidavit of support, she will never be able to come here. Likely she's b.s.ing the 50yr old guy into the same thing as you... a free ride to the US. As long as an open I-129F exists, she won't get approved at interview. What she will hear, is a can of whoop a$$ from the consulate about having 2 open petitions, and her claims of "love" in both.

She screwed you, now time to screw her over as well.

*coughs* excuse me, not all!

if one did a horrible thing that does NOT mean they are all the same, ha!

Did I say all? No. But you can sure bet on the number of these fraudster chicks being quite high, as the Phillipines are a high fraud country.

ahhh, those filipino girls are quite known for these types of scams.

i have been baned for 2 days for having spoken my mind and stating the same sort of things.

*idea* some guys should first begin to date with girls in life and not met-on-line ones. and maybe find a girl who won't be interested in leaving their "poor" country.

now if i am banned..really, i wonder if usa is a democracy, and what do they do with the freddom of expression?! I think I just am speaking my mind and I am not insulting or even being undecent.

as far as i know, philipine is not wellknown for being the 3rd most powerful and rchest country. so ppl wanting their poverty is not an unknown phenomenon....

DUH!

I don't understand when ppl get offended when we state the obvious....maybe bc the truth hurts. :!:

PS/ I am sorry that the guy spent money for her, esp. if basically he coudln't afford.

and abotu Hpv, i wonder what kind of surgeon he could pay??????, simply bc the effect of HPV is uterus cancer when you are 30 or 40, but 20.:blink: and for there is nothing to do.. meanwhile (the cancer is declared).

that virus is supposed to be eliminated naturally (for 98% of women will have it during their sexual life) , but for some, we don't (i am a female)elimin and well, it can turn itno a cancer...(i don't think she was undergoing a cancer?)

until now the only thing we have is a shot that is efficient on young ppl, th eone who don't have it yet, or few chances...(id est: virgin gilrs or during the first year of sexual relationship)/)

This is wrong. ONE of the things that a girl can get for having a *certain type* of HPV (NOT the type that causes sores, thankfully) is CERVICAL CANCER, NOT UTERIAN cancer. I know. I am recovering from cervical cancer because I got HPV.

HPV is a bit different than most other STI (sexually transmitted infections). There is currently no available test for the man to take to see if he has it, AND, if you do have it, you can carry it for 3 years. There is no cure for men or women BUT in most cases (something like 85%) it goes away on its own after 3 years or less. For most men, it goes away a lot quicker. However, for a small number of women, it does not go away on its own and they need a type of very simple surgery that is usual conducted in a doctors office. After the surgery, they have to go to the doctor a couple times a year to make sure the doctor caught it all. IF HPV goes unteated, it can cause cervical cancer USUALLY after 30-40 years, but not always.

Before I started sleeping with an ex, I made him get tested for everything. But again, there is no test for males for HPV. Also, for the record, condoms only prevent against HPV 70% of the time (so they are not a safe bet either). He was clean, we dated for 3.5 years. After dating for about a year, I found out I had HPV. As far as I know, he never cheated on me and based on what I have said above, most likely he contracted HPV before we even started dating. I was one of the unlucky ones and was diagnosed with cancel 2 years after I was first diagnosed with HPV. This hardly ever happens, but it happens. I had surgery and now I get checked out every 4 months. So far, so good.

And as for saying that the Gardisil shot is only for young people or those that are in their first year of sexual relations, that is WRONG as well. You should get the shot before you turn 30 (the reason has something to do with the development of your organs). However, even though I have had HPV already, I should stil go and get the shot. Gardisil protects against 8 (I think) different types of HPV. I have only 1 type. So, technically I could still get another type!

I just wanted to put this out there because I wanted everyone to know the truth! The statistics show that more than half of the people in the world will get HPV at some point in their lives (I don't feel like looking up the real number, but you are more than welcome to!). Condoms do not always protect against it. Therefore, unless you only sleep with one person your entire life and they also only sleep with one person, you are at a high risk of getting HPV! I have slept with a very very small number of people and as stated, I made my ex get tested before we had sex, and I still got HPV.

Back to topic, in this situation, it does seem likely that the girl was sleeping around. But just because she had HPV does not mean that she was. Again, it can stay in your system for 3 years! This STI has affected my life in a lot of ways. I could go to the doctor and find out that it is back and the next step for me is taking everything out. It is hard enough as it is for me deal with the fact that I could be rediagnosed with cancer, then to have people thinking I'm a #######.

PS though. I am curious to know what type of surgery she had. Again, MOST doctors who find HPV in your system will just keep an eye on it for a year or two -unless it is really bad or has progressed to cancer, as was my case. Did you actually see any type of proof that she used that money for surgery?

Also, this is a fact sheet for HPV if anyone is interested: http://www.cdc.gov/STD/HPV/STDFact-HPV.htm

A cone biopsy (of the cervix) is a common, first step surgery for this situation. I wonder if she had that.

I would guess that is what she had as well. Although, her case must havebeen pretty extreme if they did a cone biopsy first. From everything I've read they usually would try a LEEP or LOOP first. Either way, all of the doctors that I have had have said that if my case was not so advanced that they would just let it go for a year (keeping a close eye on it of course) it see if it goes away on it's own. And I've gotten several different opinions, both in the US and in London.
