I guess in a day or two many people will receive their RFE in the mail to comply to IMBRA.

So exactly what is it to be sent back?

Is it just an addendum sent to be filled out and sent back... or the entire updated form I-129f?

This maybe too early -- But if you sent in the previous form (2 page) I-129f after mid-March; to beat an RFE, could one just send in the updated form (3 page) I-129f?

Answering your question, no, you can't just send in the new I-129F, you'll have to wait for the RFE.
