Tonight is raid night - we were supposed to do 3D tonight, but since the patch it out, we're heading into Ulduar...except I wont be there till an hour after start because of an info session for a potential job!

What kind of timing is that?! BAhhhhh...but my GM did give hubby some cookies to bring to me...so I will mope and eat cookies while I listen to vent tonight

David and I met when he was our raid leader running kara etc.

He plays an 80 warrior 80, elemental shaman and various other orc alts.

I play an 80 belf hunter and an 80 druid tank.

currently we play on Kael'thas a nice carebear server that we left Burning Blade for.

i have no healers..but i mean c'mon..it's not that hard to mend pet lol truth be told my pet dies less than half the rogues i see

I don't mind using health tunnel on my fel guard sometimes, but I am always top 1-3 on DPS, and if my demon dies, I lose about 400 spellpower and it takes 5-6 seconds to re-summon one. Most healers that I run with will heal my pet, but only when it is about to die, and only if i've made an attempt to manage it and pull it back/heal etc. Mel yells at me about life tapping in boss fights, She lets me die to prove her point too

I may be feeling sick too...hmm...what are the symptoms???? I must have at least 1 of them.

I ranted a few pages back about healing hunter pets....I guess all I can say is that if my job is to heal the tank, you can bet that I won't waste it on your pet but that makes sense. I try to do my best when I'ma general raid healer too by spreading the love around....I usually feel worse when I'm random raid healing since you just can't take care of everyone.

ie: the shadow priest gets no healing (j/k)

Well I haven't ever done much healing - I do have a lvl 72 healing priest (this was before dual specs were talked about much and it seemed far away so yes, I have 2 priests)

Anyway, I am going to dual spec shadow/healing. I don't know that I will be that good at it because A) It seems like a lot of work/responsibility and B) I get distracted with like television or whatever

I've talked to some really good healers and they have told me that they worry about the tank or OT if they are assigned, and general heals, they focus on the top DPS first and get to the rest. Seriously though, with HealBot, it's not that hard to click on someone's name Mel usually tells people that she didn't configure HealBot for pets and lets it go at that

I used to use tons of add ons, but my ####### computer and WoTLK don't mix well. So, its just QH, Titan, Omen and Recount.

It's a zippy program where you can select from a list of addons to install, or just click on update and it will check all of the ones you have installed, for updates.

Sh*te - today isn't the day WowMatrix doesn't work anymore...is it????? Say it isn't so

It's so efficient, I don't have to spend hours looking through Stupid mod sites, wondering whether a particular one has had an update...it's so easy!

I don't have a ton of addons, but a few...every once in a great while I'll try a new one if I hear about it on The Instance or another podcaas

Ugh, in all the excitement of getting Decimate and some new content, I completely forgot about the downloads, and Add-Ons not working, and the inevitable queues. I play on one of the highest population realms and I know a lot of people stopped playing cause they plowed through the raids in the first 5 weeks.

Well, it's all about ad revenue for these websites. The more hits they get, the more money they make. If people aren't going to curse or wow-interface to update each individual addon, then they are making less money.
