Hello I noticed that the biometrics appointment letter arrives shortly after NOA1. How long did it take you to receive it if you filed with CSC? I have also read that some get misplaced or never set up at all, so I am wondering what is the average wait period before I start to get worried.

US Entry : 2006-11-27

Marriage : 2006-12

AOS : Submitted on 1-29-07

NOA1: 2-5-07

BIOMETRICS: 2-21-07

AOS Interview: Decision Pending :( FBI Name Check not completed

Email welcoming New Resident on 5/22/07.

Approval Notice email: 5/31/2007

CARD IN HAND 6/01/2007

Removal of Conditions now in progress

Mailed: 3-4-09

USCIS received: 3-6-09

NOA1: 3-9-09

Biometrics: letter arrived 3-18-09, scheduled 3-28-09

Approved on: 05-04-2009

Approval letter arrives: 05-09-09

waiting on green card...

Biometrics letters are generated by the ACS center or field office that will do the fingerprints/pictures. So timing varies. Perhaps a month or so after filing I-751.

Hi there!I'm still waiting for my biometrics appointment too and my husband just keep on checking our mailbox :wacko: .We both received our NOA1 on same day 3-9-09 so probably we're gonna have the same date for biometrics.I checked the immigration timelines here for CSC its like 1 month from the day you mailed the application.

Hi, I sent my I-751 on 01/27/09 to CSC, it was received on 29th, received Bio appt on Feb. 13. BTW I was able to check status online same day (2/13)

We received the biometrics letter one week after receiving the NOA.

2/19/10 Received text message and email notification of application received, check cashed

2/27/10 Received biometrics appointment letter

3/19/10 Biometrics appointment

3/25/10 Received email notice that case will be sent for interview scheduling at local office

3/26/10 Received yellow letter asking to being more tax records/info to interview

3/27/10 Received interview letter (dated 3/24/10)

4/28/10 Interview appointment

6/5/10 Received oath letter (dated 6/1/10)

6/29/10 Oath ceremony date
